Your dilapidation survey proposal commences with an initial in depth and comprehensive discussion to assess the requirements for your project. Investigative research is undertaken of your site and surrounding assets and after studies of the site, and if applicable, building and engineering plans and the site geo-technical report, a tailored scope of works is developed.

Dilapidation reports can be undertaken on any type of property including but not limited to;

  • Infrastructure including power, water infrastructure facilities and transport corridors
  • Public utilities
  • Educational, hospital and hotel facilities

  • Liquidation surveys which comprise a stage of works status report for liquidators and administrators following the bankruptcy of a building project.
  • Insurance for works in progress comprising a condition and stage of work report for procurement of insurance on existing works under construction.
  • Development application survey and report for the purposes of building approvals and development applications.
